Wow, that very well might be what it is!  The only thing is, the opening is only about 3mm wide and 2 inches deep.

I tried putting water in the top and it didn't go through to the bottom hole.  Now I'm really confused on what this is!

I have done some searching and cannot find anything about this.  I'm not even really sure what it is.  It looks kind of like a pen.  There is a hold in the top that looks like it might be for filling with ink.  There is another small hole near the bottom, but there is no hole right on or near the tip.  Does anyone have any thoughts?

I work for Goodwill and we get all kinds of unusual things donated.  I have done some searching and cannot find anything about this.  I'm not even really sure what it is.  It looks kind of like a pen.  There is a hold in the top that looks like it might be for filling with ink.  There is another small hole near the bottom, but there is no hole right on or near the tip.  Does anyone have any thoughts?
