Really don't know anything about lamp.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.  (Value, Age, etc)

Also posted a cobalt blue jug moonshine and washing fluid embossed at bottom of neck opposite sides.  I believe it was made by Hazel Atlas glass company. Really don't know anything about it. (value, age, etc)

It is made by Hazel Atlas Glass company.  It is cobalt blue, and has a screw top.  It has the words Moon-Shine and washing fluid embossed horizontally at bottom of neck on opposite sides.  Could anyone tell me about it value, and what the words mean.
