Hello everyone!

I recently went searching through some old stuff in the attic and found a strange little lighter that had lipstick hidden in its base (see attached images) The sticker says "The Taylor Chemical & MFG. CORP" It also says "Betty Taylor". with the exception to an obscure reference to a company that might be it, I cant find anything. I cant even find a lighter with lipstick inside! would anyone know anything about this? Not really concerned with its resale value as it doesn't seem like something that would be valuable, but I am very interested in finding the history behind this funny little thing.
thanks very much!
