Thanks guys! At least I have an idea of its date now! ;D

It looks like it was painted on...it is definitely over the glaze. The bottom part of the "y" is missing.

Here is the whole bowl.

If I click on the picture to view it, then it is right side up. Guess I'm messing something up.

I have googled, looked through eBay active and sold items, referenced my Kovels book, and can't find anything. I have looked at 2 pieces on eBay with the Onway mark, but the sellers don't have any info in their listing. Does anyone know about this company?

Thanks Illiniguy! That post reminded me that my mom picked up a Kovels Dictionary of Marks for me at a yard sale. Forgot all about it, and I found it in there. I'm keeping this one out so I can reference it always. :D

Found some more info...looks like its one of the earliest back stamps used by the Sebring Co., 1898-1903. Thanks to anyone who took a look!

Hello all! I have a Sebring plate, script back stamp. What I'm finding is that it's maybe circa 1900? I can't find a definite answer. Just want to know appx year. Thanks!

Wow! Thank you so much! I'm not big on re-selling my pieces, so the dates and history behind them are what most intrigues me! You guys are very helpful!

Hello all. You were so helpful on my last post, that I thought I'd ask about something I found in February. Older tureen, but the mark on the bottom is just a raised capital T. Does anyone know if this is a makers mark? Searching has been quite difficult with no emblem or more letters. Thanks!
