Antique Questions Forum / Can anyone help me identify/value this Imperial '1903' bar cart?

I have a 'old' 'bar cart' that was left in my house. It has a stamp-see pics. I do need to refinish it because my mother-in-law decided to slop some thick stain on it. I'd like to know if it has any value besides being an interesting piece. It has a detachable serving tray that fits into the top.
