Without pictures....we can do nothing............ ............No doubt, Bigwull!
Anything on bottom ??Hey mart!
I would call this cranberry class !! That grape pattern was popular during most of 1900`s !! Faded out about 1960 or so !! My guess would be that this set is 1940`s or a bit later by the way the etching is done !! But let Wendy take a look !! She will likely know !! Best you can do if it isn`t marked in some way is an educated guess !!Thanks Mart!
No signs of a lid at all....this is really bothering me, I can usually figure out quickly on my own what something is, I was going to put it on ebay but I have no idea what to call itYeah, key-wording is rough when you have no idea what you are holding...
Thank you all so much for helping me with this. And, good eye! The casters seem to be wood.Without physically inspecting it (as casters are easily replaced and Sheraton-Style endured for soooo long), I'm going revival also. I'd guess between 1890's-1920's. Would love to meet this thing in person, although I am not the one to re-upholster anything
debodun;Too true Rau.
What those people are really asking is: "Do you have any collectible jewelry that you are unaware of and are willing to sell for a meager pittance?"
