help.....we currently have a portrait of gen. m stefanik....the founder of checklsovakia....it was in my husbands grandfathers bar for years and when he passed my husband took it.....does anyone know how we can find out the value of this picture if there is a value....it is the general in his army uniform

Help.....we have six saucers and cups of Pirkenhammer louise #19528(??) this is from my husbands great grandmother in the check....does anyone know the value of these??? they are gold inside....also were i can purchase addtl pieces??
