Thank you for all your advice.  My sister-in-law really wanted to keep them.  So, reupholster them; I did.  Thought you'd like to see the finished project. 

Its really a great job done!!
But don't you think is it looking like a dull color than the previous one??
I think its being refurbished as per the porch color that you previously depicted about it!!
But if I would have those then I would keep them in my living room that with the same colored paint inside the living room.
