PS, just got a 2nd opinion on the silver hall mark in the picture it looks like PW but after the magnifying class came out it seams to be a very small "N" in the top left then a small triangle just before the large "W"

Well i will post some photos here and if you think its worth it i will ask the clock people
I already know the woodwork will need restored but the clock works fine and there is no other damage

Thanks for the info and quick response i will get it cleaned up and see if i can find it a home where it can be appreciated, there was also a old beaten up clock in the box, its wind up and says "tempus fugit" wooden case is beaten up but appears to be gold plated with some nice designs

Glass needs a wipe, silver needs a good polish but there's no real damage on it, what a thing to throw away pics coming up in a sec

I went to my local skip today when a man got out off his car and placed two large boxes down, i had a look in when he left and this caught my attention
i have no idea of the hallmarks, the age or value i was hoping to get some help there
it has a silver top, with glass stopper inside pretty sure the body is glass
the 1st hallmark is like an icon then W, the second is a lion, 3rd looks like a shield, 4th is a lower case f
