Antique Questions Forum / Antique Liquor Decanter

I have an antique (?) liquor decanter.  It is of a smoky glass with vine and roses etched on the base. It also has the shape of Maryland and Kentukcy with the words Baltimore and Louisville above their respective states. I have included some pictures.  Any information on the date or worth would be greatly appreciated.  Heather
