Antique Questions Forum / Unknown vase - looking to replace!

Hi All,
New to this and this may be a stab in the dark... hoping someone can help!
I inherited a couple of vases from my grandmother of the same collection. Unfortunately one has recently been broken. I am looking to replace it if at all possible and have managed to find the same one in a different colour
http://www.antiques-atlas.com/antique/stylish_vintage_vase_frosted_glass/as156a953 (mine was in red instead of blue)
I have emailed the seller to see if they have any more information but all she could say was that she bought it in Provence in France.
Can anyone help with the type of style of this vase, or any information about how I could go about finding a replacement? I appreciate it may not be an antique as such and the value of it may be fairly insignificant but it does have sentimental value and I think its a lovely piece. It is part of a collection I believe as I have another one of the same style which is a thin round vase.
I am going to try and ask family members to see if they knew where it came from or even how old it is but I think this may be fruitless.
I would really appreciate any help or advice... and apologies if I've put this in the wrong place!
Nicola
