Antique Questions Forum / brass faucet with laurel wreath pattern

Hi all, I bought a heavy faucet off a scrapper here in chicago. It have a laurel wreath pattern and Made In Spain is stamped on the back. Anyone have any ideas about the maker or date or how common or rare it is? Thanks. I'll attach a photo.
