Great info, thank you!

Yes, the container on mine is attached to the dish. I dont have a liner with mine, but on the inside of the lid there is a trace of green... Which leads me to believe that it is a small ink spot on the porcelain underside of the lid

This is about the only thing that i found that had a pretty well written description that was similar to my piece:

Any other thoughts on what it could be?

Thanks so much! would this be $99 - $275 for each one? Or as a set of 5?

Very helpful info!

Hello!

here is an up close shot of the SP Dresden mark:

Any info on pricing, or age, or if this is a Carl Thieme piece would be so helpful!

Thanks so much!

Hi all, i am trying to sell this beautiful dish for my grandmother. I was doing some research, thinking that it was a jelly/biscuit tray of some sort when i came across a similar item on Ruby Lane. It is apparently an inkwell with a tray for resting pens, or organizing the desk.

I believe that from that post mine is similar, so perhaps it is also Carl Thieme Dresden. would this piece have been hand painted in Germany?

The mark on the bottom is an "SP" and it says Dresden in blue underneath the SP mark

I am also missing the ink liner that is supposed to go into the attached ink well.

If anyone could shed some light onto the age of this piece, what you think it might be worth, or just some general info that would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks so much!!

Hi all, i am new to this site and was hoping to get some information about some Schafer Vater Blue Flasks that i recently came across.

They are really great, would make a great addition to a collection but i want to make sure i am pricing them correctly.

Thanks so much! Any information would be greatly appreciated!
