Hi all
I picked up the following necklace from a carboot last week and took it to a jeweler who instantly offered me £500, Which I believe is a rough scrap price, the piece is far too nice to scrap and I just wondered what you thought it could be worth? he said the pearls are real but couldn't give me anymore details with regard to them being rare or natural etc...is it worth getting it x rayed before I sell it.. any ideas are greatly welcome... even though I have made a nice profit, I just didn't want to let it go for scrap value only if you guys thought it could be worth more...
Just a few more details the piece weighs 35g and is stunning perfect condition its hallmarked 18k and has been tested and confirmed as being solid 18ct gold,
Many Thanks
The site is not allowing me to upload pictures... so hopefully I can add them in a mo or please ask to view them, Thanks
Andy
