I grew a pair and carefully took the backing off.  Probably better that way considering what I see underneath;

Postcard size.  6" x 4 1/8"

Thoughts?

It's in a frame and I dont want to rip the paper backing off.  Not canvas or anything thick.

I can measure 14x9.5 cm in the frame.  May be slightly larger.

Sorry for the delay!

Here are some pictures of the piece I have.

I picked up a piece and I am quite confident it is

VILLAGE AUTOUR DU CLOCHER by Jacques Bille.

artnet.com; http://www.artnet.com/artists/jacques-bille/village-autour-du-clocher-3Bx1NWtFsh75lQ7TDVeqAg2

There is no confirmation of picture but the description and sizing look bang on.  Any ideas on value?

Wow thats even more accurate.  thanks!

That cranberry swirl one looks as close as it gets.  The marking at the base of the handle and the style are very similar.  I would bet on that being the same maker. Thanks for helping me!

Similar in ways but not exactly.  I dont see other examples with a twisted rope.  I am also looking at the pattern where the rope has been attached (does that mean something??)

Second attempt.  Thank you for the direction.

Good stuff.  I found this listing on eBay using a search including the word Murano.

Awesome ty!

I am thinking that the raspberry like attachment point from the rope is a style of some specific manufacturer.  I came up with the color based on other listings I have seen.  Any thoughts or opinions would be great!  Thank you!

First post.  I apologize if there are format issues.

I am totally stumped on this one.  I have no reference or any idea of what to even call it other than yellow/brown antique glass bird.  I am hoping that the style of base gives away some information to the trained eye.
