It's roughly 17 inches tall and 13 inches long...I gave it to a local church today who was interested in looking into it...they said once they take the back off they'll send me a picture of it so I can post it on here

No, I can't find a publishers mark anywhere on the front...I am also too afraid to take it out of the frame
