I inheirited an item I BELIEVE TO BE A ANTIQUE ROTARY PHONE DIALER. Searching the internet HAS BEEN FUTILE. I'M NOT SURE WHAT THIS ACCESSORY WOULD TRULY BE CALLED ???

DescriptionL 3-4 inches in length, the upper part is silverplate, looks like a court jester and the dialer is clear (I'm guessing a lucite type product).

Does anyone know of this type of item ?

Hello Everyone, I'm new here and this is my first post. Please help me discover if the item in question is STERLING SILVER OR SILVERPLATE???

The item is a Baby Cup and has the following markings: ROYAL ROCHESTER  SHEFFIELD  2880 S

I did not find any markings that lead me to believe it is STERLING.

DOES ANYONE KNOW ?

I've been unsuccessful at trying to research this item via the internet...so far.

Thank you in advance.

Sincerely
