Antique Questions Forum / Karges Buffet Identification

I need some help. I know this is a Karges Buffet but I am not sure what type it is. I am not able to find it anywhere else and I don't know if it is an actual antique, or what year, value or even if it is authentic. I am going to sell it and I would like to find out a price point.
