These 2 Buddhas were bought in Tibet last year.

Can it be real statues? Can somebody identify?

First one, with sword, is suspicious in the behind part of the flower...

Second one is made of silver (not sure), looks like a very fine work, but not sure if it is old...

My friend bought this last year in China after his travel to Tibet.
Can it really be Ming dynasty or typical chinese  fake?
I would appreciate if smb can explain in details...
