Antique Questions Forum / Wurlitzer Accordion... I need help?!?!

So I am looking for information about a one vintage Wurlitzer Accordion that was given to me from my brother. It is in pretty good shape (ivory color). All the keys are on and functioning well and it makes wonderful music still. I have no idea what to do.... or how to even go about selling this because I know very little about it, it's worth, year it was made etc. If anyone can help it would be appreciated. Thanks soooo much!Marrianne
