Help! I found a old watch in my grandmother's estate belongings. This watch is round faced, trimmed in gold. The band is made of ribbon and has gold clasp to secure it. If I put on the watch and look at the face, the numbers are not in order like we are used to (modern day).
The # 12 is where our # 9 would be on a modern watch. The #3 is where our 12 would be. The # 9 is where the modern 6 would be and so on.
The watch face has no glass and I still have the original box from the jewelers. Can you experts help me?
