Just joking. I am not going to sue nobody. Haven't got the time or money to undertake that headache.

You sure dish out a bitter pill Mat - Fake. Well, I guess the truth will set you free. Another label on the inside lip says 'Jordan Marsh Company Boston ' which I believe is Macy now. Maybe I can sue them for selling my wife's family way back a fake Kinkozan!!!!!

I uploaded another picture to photobucket just taken of the upper inner lip of the vase with a label stuck saying 'Made in Japan Kinkozan Pottery'.

I am not able to upload any pictures. Keep getting 'Internal Server Error'. But yes it was drilled and there is a signature that looks like Kinkozan when I checked on Gotheborg.com

I had to take this table lamp apart because I was told it was a Delft. From what is left of the markings at the bottom it seems to be a Kinkozan pottery. Is the color blue what is called 'Gosu blue'?

Thanks Mat, Ipcress for your time and detailed information. Good learning process for me even though that I am brought down to reality and the items may not be as antique as I hoped. But it is very interesting to know. I be back soon with some more items.

Can you please tell me about these two small dishes. I do not know much, if anything, about antiques so I appreciate your input. Thanks

Can anyone help me to know something about this dish? Is it Chinese, Japanese. How old it would be.  Thanks
