Antique Questions Forum / need help with finding battery for antique Russian clock

Hello everyone,


This is my first post.  Thank you all for considering helping me.

My sister has a old Russian clock but we can't figure out how we can turn it into a working clock.

I have attached photos.  Is there any way we could turn this clock on?  Where would be able to find a battery if its even a battery that it needs!
