Antique Questions Forum / ID Chinese Vase

Could anyone help identify this Chinese/Asian vase.  It was a wedding gift to my great grandmother in the early 1900's.  All searches online have not helped. I have attached a photo of the markings on the bottom also to help identify this piece.

I am looking for some advice on the value of a dry sink from my mothers home.  I have been told it was produced in Delaware. It has wood dowels rather than metal fasteners. 
I have seen them offered for anywhere from $300 to $3000.  Any help would be appreciated.
