Antique Questions Forum / Bronze Vase, Oriental? Age? Translation of Seal?

Hello, I am trying to find out about this bronze vase, what the country of origin is, the approximate age and value, and what the seal says.  Vase stands 9 inches tall and 11 inches wide at widest part.  I have lightened the photos slightly to better discern the characters in the seal.  Thank you
