Antique Questions Forum / Can you help me identify this mystery object?

Hi! Can anyone help me determine what this object was used for? It is approx. 15" high, white glazed ceramic, with floral sprigs decoration (looks like decals) and signed on bottom "Arnel's" with what looks like "CRV" mark on bottom. Any information would be wonderful Thank You!
