Well, in general, I agree that important skills include knowledge of Solidity and working with blockchain. But don't forget that these are also programmers, so the ability to work with algorithms, logic and problem solving is also extremely important. The ability to think like an engineer, analyze the problem and look for optimal solutions is important. And experience with frameworks at least wouldn't hurt.
