What a fascinating find! A rare 10-speed English bike from the late 60s/early 70s with no serial number and an “X” mark is definitely a mystery. Have you tried vintage bike forums or local collectors? They might have clues. Even without the original pedals and pump, it’s a gem—like finding unlimited money and gems in the vintage bike world!
