Antique Questions Forum / Any Info on this?

I have 2 dishes app.5 inches square each with rounded corners.  They say made in Germany on the back, with a sideways 2 beneath the writing. There is a number 203 stamped into the dish with the number 15 below this.The dishes are curved up at the corners and  have pastel green, blue, and orange stripes with a wide, gold patterned stripe in between the colored stripes, and are gold trimmed around the edges.
      Any help on these would be appreciated.
