Antique Questions Forum / S Beal desk?

Hi I put a desk I have for sale on Cragslist and someone wrote and told me it looks like an S Beal piece circa 1850-1880. If anyone has experience with how I might identify it as such or confirm it isnt I would greatly appreciate it.
