Antique Questions Forum / Gooseneck Sleigh Bed

My father just purchased this from a man he was doing some work on a house for.  He wanted to see if I could find out some information for him....it is a twin size gooseneck sleigh bed.  It has the gooseneck designs on both the headboard and footboard.  Everyone he has talked to has never seen the goosenecks on a sleigh bed and I have been doing a search online, but have not been able to find anything either.  Any help would be great!
