Antique Questions Forum / Rosenthal plate

I have a picture of the front of the rosenthal plate.  I am still unable to find out any information on this.  Can anyone help me?  I tried to attach a picture but was told that I can't attach it.  What kind of ext does the file need to have?

This site hasn't been any help to me but then I've been searching for the answer for quite some time on the internet and haven't found anything either.  I was at least hoping to get some ideas of where else to look...

I have a what my mother told me is a presidential plate with the markings on the back that says Rosenthal ''18''   Germany... I can't find anything that even half way looks like it so any help would be taken with a big thank you.  I do have photo's of the place front and back..  Could anyone give me an idea of where to look for info on this and what it might be worth.
