Antique Questions Forum / Serving Dish info wanted

I purchased a serving dish around the mid nineties.  It is 13" long and 6" at the widest point of dish.  There is a scene of a building called "State Normal and Dormitory", Spearfish, So. Dakota.    I would like to sell the piece but not sure of value.  I believe from the look of the dish and building it must be around the turn of the 20th century.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you, Tami and Dan Coker
