Antique Questions Forum / 1933 Chicago Fair?

 I have a wood carving that was done in 1933 in chicago. It looks like a framed picture made out of one piece of wood and is a picture of vikings rowing a boat in the sea with a dragon on each corner of the "frame" and birds in the air . approx 2' X 3' It is quite elaborate and I was told it was done during the Worlds Fair at a booth while the people walked by.
The initials of the artist are on the front and hard to define but looks like
a large T with what appears to be the number 7 with a v at the bottom leg of the 7 - it is all connected and the T is in the middle of it.
This has been in the Museum of Art in Chicago in the World's fair Exhibition. I NEED HELP PLEASE.
