Antique Questions Forum / Antique Wine Dispensor????

Hello all, I'm a newbie here. I have a glass and metal wine dispensor/caraff, that I am trying to research. The base is black metal, with metal grape leaves on the bottom. The container is glass (Or Crystal) with a glass insert. (I believe for ice?) There is a stamp on the bottom of the base that say's "Made in Austria". There is also a partial gold sticker on the glass. All I can make out on it is, "orger  cris" . Then below that is a scrolled letter "S" then a goblet picture, and the letter "C". Below that reads "andmade in Aust" . Any info regarding this piece is much appreciated. Also, the value info too if possible. Thanks. Lisa
