Antique Questions Forum / Anyone heard of Knostman & Petersen Furniture Co.?

I bought an old nightstand type piece of furniture from a thrift store. On the back is a tag that says "Knostman & Petersen Fur. Co. Davenport, Iowa
Has anyone heard of this company? Thanks for any help!

Antique Questions Forum / Could this old Chest of Drawers be worth anything? (Pic included)

I asked this question before and people said it's most likely a reproduction...but I took the drawers out, and looked on the inside of the chest, and there are old newspapers attached inside. Couldn't find a date, but the newspaper mentioned the governor of Montana, Robert B. Smith, and then I looked him up and he served from 1897-1901. So if this table is the real thing, how old do you think it is, and could it be worth anything?
