Hey everyone,
I purchased these two pieces at an estate auction 20 years ago.  I'm getting ready to move and I dont have room for them.
Does anyone have a rough idea of what they might be worth?
Or any info on age/era that would help me to sell them
I remember not paying that much, maybe 100 for the rocker and 200 for the armoire (75 tall x 58 wide)
Any info would help!
Thank you!!

Hey everyone,
I came across a set of 8 of these mini glasses.  At first I thought they might be sherry glasses, but after some research I am not so sure.  They measure 3.75 inches tall by 1.25 inches wide.  Each glass as a small leaf like hallmark on the bottom.  Please excuse my drawing!!
Does anyone have any ideas on what they may be used for, or who made them?
As Always, Thank You!

Hi everyone,
Is anyone familiar with the 8 pointed star on these bottles? I just picked up the set with the vinegar bottles, s+p shakers and sugar bowl.  They all have the star on them.
I am trying to figure out the maker.
Thanks so much

Antique Questions Forum / Just picked these up! Now what are they?
« on: June 13, 2011, 06:50:30 pm »
I picked up a set of 4 of these wooden bowls this weekend.  They appear to be hand made.
Does anyone know what they are actually called?  Besides just a collapsible wooden bowl.
Thanks

From what I see online they look to be pretty valuable.

Antique Questions Forum / Bimex Hinges
« on: October 13, 2010, 10:10:14 pm »
I am trying to figure out the age of a hand made piece of furniture.  The piece has Bimex Hinges, and I thought I would start by trying to figure out when the company produced them.  Does anyone have any info on that company or have a rough idea on how old this piece may be.  I originally thought the piece might be a pie safe, but there are no burn marks on the shelving, the previous owner was using it to house his tv.
