Antique Questions Forum / Is this bowl worth anything?

I know this bowl is old but I don't know how old or anything about the "Salem" company. The plate has a 23k gold decorative design. It shows quite a bit of wear and tear and has the " old age" cracks on the backside. I would most welcome anyones opinion on this bowl.
