hi I had an old german beer stein and this site helped me identify the maker,hope it helps     http://www.steincollectors.org/library/articles/marks/marks.htm
also the mark 0.5L is maybe the liquid capacity

the colour is more green than the photo shows

HELLO, I'VE TRIED TO FIND OUT WHAT THIS HOLLOW TYPE CARVING IS  BUT FOUND NOTHING.
I WAS HOPING SOMEONE IN THIS FORUM MIGHT KNOW.ITS SOME TYPE OF STONE
AND MEASURES 2" X 2"1/2".THERE IS ANOTHER HORSE INSIDE.
NO MARKINGS ARE ON IT ANYWHERE, ALSO ANY IDEAS WHERE MIGHT IT COME FROM.
THANKS FOR ANY INFO YOU MIGHT HAVE

HI CAN YOU TELL ME IF THIS JUG IS AN ANTIQUE,ON ITS BASE IS 1794 MADE IN ENGLAND AND THE LETTER K INCISED UNDER THAT, ITS WELL USED AS YOU CAN SEE IT MEASURES 4" HIGH AND 8" ACROSS TO THE END OF HANDLE.ITS A DULL TYPE OF GLAZE AS WELL, ANY INFO WOULD BE GREAT

Hi can anyone tell me if this is an authentic nippon mark its on the back of a small porcelain dish I picked up at a garage sale, I could only put back view of dish on post but can put face of dish if needed thanks.
also its unglazed on back except for 1/2" around edges.
