Antique Questions Forum / Black and White Whisky dogs

Hi Everyone, Im new here. I was wondering if anyone has any information or where I could find some information on these two beautiful Black and White Whisky dogs. They are in imaculate condition and still have the original ribbons around their necks. There is a little squiggle on the bottom of one of the dogs but I cant make it out what it is. Here are the pictures for you. Thank you in advance to anyone who can give me any info.
