Honestly, I dont know exact dates! And i am not a geography, nor a history buff myself... lol.. All i know is that my grandmother has always told me that her father was in the WWI and sent them home to Canada. They are marked 1916. Whether that is when they were found, or when they were made. (the latter I assume). Thats all I know about them. This is why i am looking here.

The vases were recovered in France during WWI and sent back to canada.
the following is a picture of the outside base of the first scalloped vase, and there are 2 pics of the second vase, or tea pot perhaps?
My husband has just informed me that the 2nd item is a teapot and is marked inside "Bavaria". The first scalloped vase is marked "Combel" inside.

Hello all. I am trying to find out some info on 2 vases which were inherited by me. They were found in the rubble of WWI, and shipped back to my grandmother by her father, a surviving soldier, back in 1916. I will upload pics to anyone who can help me. They are dated 1916, signed "Crombels". They are two beautiful white vases etched in gold with a great pink floral print. Again, I am working on uploading pictures. Please email me if you think you can help.

Hello all. I have a box of 51 Wade Pottery-England-Ireland, Red Rose Tea Whimsie figures. I am looking for a buyer. I have researched them and they seem to average $20 per piece, and upto $85. (Gingerbreadman figure). If anyone is intersted in purchasing, or know of anyone to direct me to, that would be great. Thank you in advance.
