can anybody tell me what these hall marks are.  found on a silver bowl attached to a base with a crown and capital A engraved on its side

Hi
I have what looks like a silver finger dip bowl/or a pudding bowl or a egg cup for an ostrich egg.  I have seen one of these. It was found during a renovation of a house in Brighton in the UK under the floorboards along with some letters dating back to 1861. the bowl attached to a plate with scrolled edges  has a Capital "A" and a crown above it. I do not know what it is.  It has some markings on the bottom  Does anyone have any idea what it might be
