Antique Questions Forum / old rocker

My sister bought an old wooden rocker,dark in color from an estate sale for 50$. On the bottom it has a paper tag that says:
Manufacturing by Wertz-Klamer Furniture Co. Evansville IND.
I think it also says model number 402 this part is hard to read.
Any info on the company and what years they were in exsitence would be appreciated.
