Antique Questions Forum / Can anyone give me any info on this chair??

My mom has this chair in her room. 
We searched for a stamp, signature, tag, etc...we found nothing. 
I believe this chair must have some value. 
Can someone give me some insight?  It would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
