I have a 4" high "little pitcher with big ears" that I believe originally belonged to my grandmother.  I want to pass it on to a niece but would like some information on origin and value.  The base is white with 3 pink/green roses, gilded spout lip and large pink ear handles.  The company name is scripted in gilt on the bottom but can't read all the letters.  It's a fairly long name starting with "G" and may be two words.  The patent number is 154691.  I know the origin of the saying but can't find anything like it on line.  Can anyone help?
