swan-shaped dish from Colombia?

I found this interesting and unusual item at my local Goodwill.   It is a swan-shaped dish.  It has 3 quarter-size indentations in it.

The back of it says "Colombia", and also a fancy lettered word that looks like SULIN or SULIM.   There is also a small oval that has a stamp of a swan or some other sort of bird inside of it.

I am frankly going crazy trying to find out ANYTHING about this unusual looking piece of ceramic/porcelain.

Is it small enough to be a spoon rest?

I am thinking swans were big during the 70's but could be 60's...

I suppose it could be.  It measures about 5.5" long and 5" across at its widest point.  When I picture a spoon rest, though, this one just looks to be too fancy to be one.  But I suppose it COULD be possible in the 60's or 70's.

Not sure on this but I think your swan dish is the bottom part to a table set that would have had salt, pepper and possibly a toothpick holder that sit in those indentations !!  Found no porcelain companies in Colombia but did find a SuLin export company in Hong Kong or Korea that listed Colombia as a company they sent items to !!
