Can anyone help me?

My husband found this Bell system speaker that we were told came off of a police dispatch desk from the mid to late 1950's. There are no identifying marks on it. Can anyone give me any more info or tell me how much it's worth? Thank you for any help you can give me!

Bell Telephone was always good about using a date code on their products. I would wonder if that 1056 number doesn't relate to October 1956?

No idea as to value...but, you just know someone out there is needing one to complete their vintage radio setup.
