What is it help us at goodwill

    Got this item I will be posting tomorrow and would like to know if anyone knows what it is.

Looks like a churn !!  How does it operate when the handle is turned ?? I suppose there is nothing written on it ??

The machine is a "meat chopper / hasher", patented by Leroy Starrett in 1865. Starrett later became famed for his precision machinist tools that bear his name.

Turning the crank lifts the blade and lowers it!!!  Thus chopping!  The cup keeps the meat/hash together.  It can also be used without the cup.

The company has made it through the years and is still in business!

     Thank you all esp. Rauville so much on behalf of all of use in the online dept. at Goodwill.   Help me to leave a great impression on the boss too  ;D.   Guess I'm going to have to add a link to the forum on my work computer.   I'll keep you posted on how much it goes for too, just really lovin my job, something new everyday.

    Just a bit of a update, in the first day the price has shot up to over $200.00 I am having high hopes on this one
