PLEASE HELP......Does anyone know what this is?

Please help, any help is greatly appreciated.  I love antiques, and found this in my parents attic but have no idea what this is, and if it has any value?

Appears to be a decorative wall hanging sold by Mottahedeh Design from Cranbury, NJ. It looks like something from the late 1940' or early 50's. You could contact the company directly through their website and probably find out more.

This was from the days of John Wayne, Gunsmoke, Bat Masterson, etc....  Western decor was at a height.
