Never before seen doll. Anyone know what this is?

Has anyone seen this before? If so, could you please tell me what it is? I'd say it's mint condition. Its still got the original plastic around the baseball bat and the feet.

From what I understand, it's about 15-20 years old.

That would be Ashton Drake's 'Michael'. There are a few for sale on ebay.

Guess if it's that cheap on Ebay, it isn't all that rare :-).

To answer the question about the vinyl,etc.. It's a light cloth, but the exterior body parts are ceramic.
